Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 370g

From the kitchen you will need

  • Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 tin (370g)
  • Cream Cheese 2 cups (400g)
  • Fresh Lemon Juice 1 tbs (15ml)
  • Vanilla Extract 1 tsp (5ml)
  • Digestive Biscuits, crushed 12
  • Fresh Raspberries 2 cups (200g)
  • Sugar Powder (optional garnish) 3 tsp (10g)

Step by Step

  • In a mixing bowl combine Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk, Cream Cheese, Lemon Juice and Vanilla Extract and mix with a whisk until smooth, transfer to a large piping bag and set in the fridge to cool.

  • Divide crushed biscuits between 12 jars as the base of the cheesecake, place a few fresh Raspberries over the base and fill to the top with cheesecake mixture.

  • Arrange the remaining raspberries on top, allow to rest in fridge for 1 hour and optionally dust with powdered sugar before serving.
