Raspberry Cheesecake Jar
From Nestlé® you will need
From the kitchen you will need
- Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 tin (370g)
- Cream Cheese 2 cups (400g)
- Fresh Lemon Juice 1 tbs (15ml)
- Vanilla Extract 1 tsp (5ml)
- Digestive Biscuits, crushed 12
- Fresh Raspberries 2 cups (200g)
- Sugar Powder (optional garnish) 3 tsp (10g)

In a mixing bowl combine Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk, Cream Cheese, Lemon Juice and Vanilla Extract and mix with a whisk until smooth, transfer to a large piping bag and set in the fridge to cool.

Divide crushed biscuits between 12 jars as the base of the cheesecake, place a few fresh Raspberries over the base and fill to the top with cheesecake mixture.

Arrange the remaining raspberries on top, allow to rest in fridge for 1 hour and optionally dust with powdered sugar before serving.
